Returns - Jewellery

Customer satisfaction is our first priority.

Each item is thoroughly checked over for any imperfections before being sent out.

In the rare case where an item is faulty, please email us within 7 days at tidalstudio@outlook.com.

Returns are not accepted for change of mind.

Tidal Studio is not responsible for returns that are caused from incorrect care, which includes chain breakage, loss and general wear and tear. For more information, please read our 'Jewellery Care' page. 

Online Returns & Exchange Policy - Clothing

At Tidal Studio, we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, we understand some items are not always what you want. Our returns policy has been designed to make dealing with Tidal Studio as easy as possible.

For changes of mind, please lodge your return within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly accept your return in exchange for a credit note provided the item was purchased at full price and is in original condition meaning it is unused, unwashed and with tags still attached. Once the return has been approved your item must be shipped within 5 days.

Please note, if you do wish to return an item, Tidal Studio does not cover shipping costs unless deemed faulty. Please email tidalstudio@outlook.com to lodge a return including your order number & item description.

There are strictly no returns on any final sale items.

STEPS FOR RETURNS

  1. Email tidalstudio@outlook.com to receive return address details and further information needed to lodge a return.
  2. A Returns Form will be emailed, please print, fill out accordingly and return back with items.
  3.  Return item in original condition. Credit note will be issue via email.
  4. Use credit note to re-purchase the item.

FAULTS

We encourage you to check over all items upon arrival as we need to be advised of any faults within 7 days of receiving your order. If an item arrives in a faulty condition, we kindly ask for you to send us an email at tidalstudio@outlook.com and upon inspection we will take the appropriate measures of either a refund or replacement. 

Please allow 48 hours for customer support to reply via email. 

Shipping

All items are sent out via Australia Post.

Standard Flat Rate Shipping $15 (3-7 Business Days)

Although the above timeframes are when the parcels will be delivered, due to the current circumstances means we can't guarantee that the items will be received within those estimated periods and may take longer to arrive.
